Joseph Ashford – Founder / Non-Executive Chairman

Joseph Ashford is an established entrepreneur and long time global investor. Over a sustained period, Joseph has identified and nurtured numerous successful businesses with a particular focus on the UK service sector.

Joseph has been instrumental in the initial seeding and ongoing development of the K4 Global operating businesses.

Joseph’s current focus is the creation of the K4 Global conglomerate. Surrounding himself with best of class professionals, K4 will provide growth capital to new and existing UK ventures, whilst branching out into select international markets, to the ultimate benefit of all it’s stakeholders.

Alan William Norman Kitchin – Non-Executive Director / Deputy Chairman

Alan Kitchin is a law graduate from Cambridge University where he was a Squire Law Scholar.

Alan is an English solicitor and was a senior corporate partner at Ashurst LLP in London before being appointed managing partner of their Asian practice. He was subsequently  head hunted  to become  a senior corporate  partner of  Clifford Chance. Alan and has extensive experience of advising companies and their boards both in Europe and Asia.

Alan has advised many companies on both corporate and regulatory issues and also successful stock market listings. He holds a number  of non-executive positions  including as non-executive  chairman of Healthperm  Resources ( SG Recruitment ) which is quoted on the London  NEX stock exchange  and non-executive director of Reox the medical research and intellectual property  company which was spun out of Oxford University but who remain a major shareholder.

Gareth Stokes – Non-Executive Director

Gareth has over 15 years’ experience as the Managing Partner of a top 100 firm of chartered accountants in the UK.

Gareth specialises in providing strategy and tax advice to a variety of corporate entities, ranging from start ups to international groups and will utilise this wealth of knowledge in his non-executive role for the Group.
